Prepare to be captivated! This artfully renovated, sparkling clean, modern two-story home is filled with light and luxurious features. Savor indulgent city living in this quiet, sought after neighborhood. The home is located just 15 minutes from Downtown Atlanta and 8 minutes to Toco Hills | Atlanta's Iconic Shopping District. 5 minutes away is the authentic international cuisine of Buford Highway & convenient access to I-85.
Entertain and relax in the open concept living space. The expansive kitchen is equipped to prepare your meals or host a private chef. We can hold your gathering for up to 25 people for a fee if it is planned in advance. We look forward to helping you create a memorable occasion!
Adjacent to the great room is a sunny lounge for conversation, reading or catching up on email. Have some outdoor fun around a woodfire in the stone pit on the lower patio.
The generous primary suite is on the main floor. It offers a king bed, oversized walk in shower and double vanity.
The second floor features two spacious Queen bedrooms. There are a total of 3 full bathrooms including one deep soaking tub and one roomy tub with jets.
Rest easy in comfortable beds with soft linens and room darkening curtains. All bedrooms have large closets.

This home is strictly ----No Smoking---- and if there is evidence of smoking in the house upon check out you will incur a $200 extra cleaning fee. We do not want any smoking of any kind in the home. If a non-smoking house will pose an inconvenience, please do not book this home.
We do not offer Cable TV. You may log-in to your streaming services on the TVs.
We offer early check-in and late check-out for a fee. We ask that you arrange these services shortly after booking as we arrange our cleaning services based on your arrival and departure times.

We are set-up for residential use. Fines from the city related to noise or the number of guests will be passed along to you.
The front door, entry way, and upper hallway do not have any window treatments. The back of the house does not have window treatments in the living area. One small upper bathroom window does not have a window covering. All bedrooms and bathrooms that have visibility to the street have window coverings.
It is not unusual to notice a small amount of debris on floor. The floors are white marble and debris can settle after cleaning.
