Ivy Grace is your stylish home-base for family & pets by Hara Design.

Four bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin Daybed) and two dedicated offices let everyone spread out
High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs and fully stocked kitchen keep work & play seamless
Bring the pups (2 max), enter with keypad and enjoy the entire home & yard
We will not be on site during your stay, but are available by text or phone within the hour if you have any questions. We have a full-time property manager should anything come up.
The Butler Tarkington neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood next to the historic Meridian Kessler neighborhood and Butler-Tarkington University. This is a beautiful, quiet and walkable neighborhood with tree-lined streets, about a 15-minute walk to Cafe Patachou, Hubbard's coffee, a drycleaner, ATM, and Sullivan's Hardware.
Guests have access to the entire home and yard. Keypad entry.
The main floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living, and studio (gym).
The basement has a king size bed, fireplace, separate office and laundry room.
In Indy you will most likely need a car. Everything is within a 20 minute drive. Public transportation is limited.
Hara Design is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our homes are also protected. Therefore, guests without prior reviews will be required to complete an additional identity verification process. In that case, you'll be contacted by our identity verification partner, Know Your Guest {Truvo} to complete some additional information.
We also have a non optional Accident Insurance Fee of $100 to cover any mishaps up to $500. So, you're covered for most accidental damages.

This is a cute and cozy in town home. My daughter goes to Butler and this is my go-to place to stay when I am in town visiting her. It’s lovely.

Had a great stay at this property. Decorated beautifully, beds super comfortable. The garage converted to a workout studio was fantastic. If you are considering this property, be aware the 4th bedroom is actually a day bed, too small for my mother.

Group of seven middle aged women that enjoyed a day of shopping and spa sessions and ended with a fantastic night at Ivy Grace. The house was artfully decorated and had fabulous beds.

This home is exactly as advertised (and more)! It was beautiful, convenient, and had everything that we needed. Highly recommended for anybody looking to visit Indy and live like a local.
