About this apartment rental
Welcome to the "Nice Place" vacation rental in the Alte Schmiede building on the beautiful island of Norderney! This charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It accommodates up to 3 people, making it ideal for couples or small families looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation together.
The apartment features a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa that provides an additional sleeping option. Here you can spend relaxing evenings and make yourself comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: it comes with an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, so you can cook to your heart’s content.
A separate bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed measuring 1800x200 cm ensures restful nights. The modern bathroom offers everything you need for your stay. You can also enjoy the fresh air from your own balcony.
Your dog is welcome here, and for our youngest guests, a travel crib and a high chair are available, so families can feel right at home. The vacation rental is centrally located on Winterstraße. A supermarket and a bakery are only about 100 meters away, so you’ll have everything you need right nearby. The beach is also just about 350 meters away and is perfect for relaxing walks and sunny days by the sea.
