About this villa rental

Between the Tuscan mountains and the sea near Cinque Terre, villa Spino Secco is the perfect getaway place for your group. Whether you come as a family, group of friends or with collegues, we offer the privacy of 6 independent apartments and the joy of getting together in a breathtaking vaulted communal space. In the majestic garden you'll find a big saltwater pool and the remains of a castle. This private oasis lays within the boundaries of the cozy and lively medieval borgo of Mulazzo.

The borgo of Mulazzo is situated on top of a hill. When you climb the tower of our castle you enjoy a breathtaking view on the village, the Apennine mountains, the valley of the Magra river and the vast chestnut and acacia forests surrounding us. Spino Secco is a 15th century villa that, like the castle, once belonged to the noble Malaspina family. The house was restored with care and passion to offer you year-round a comfortable stay in a welcoming atmosphere.

Spino Secco has 6 independent apartments, ranging from 65 to 92 sqm. They all have their own living room/kitchen. In total, we count 11 bedrooms - 6 with double beds, 5 with at least two single beds - and 8 full bathrooms. The recently renovated arched communal space (120 sqm) has a gourmet kitchen, large table that sits 22, a cozy living room with wood stove and a multi-purpose room that could be used for meetings, meditation or yoga. This makes Spino Secco ideal for your joined holiday, group activity or workation. Upon request we can arrange a private chef, cooking class, wine tasting, yoga classes, city trips, beach days, guided hiking or bike rides and/or boating in the Gulf of Poets. Our salt water pool is open rear yound and we are within walking distance of three restaurants.
