Villa Coco Beach 18: This holiday rental offered by Bru et Fils Immobilier is a new house, carefully furnished, ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the beaches and the centre of Lacanau Océan. Equipped with fibre wifi and air conditioning in all rooms, it offers an excellent level of comfort for a pleasant seaside stay.
The situation is particularly sought after, with the ocean accessible at approximately 250 metres, shops at 300 metres and the lake 5 km away, allowing full enjoyment of the resort and its numerous activities.
Upon entering, a small buffet and a storage cupboard make it easy to organise the living area. The ground floor features a warm living space consisting of a sofa, a coffee table, armchairs, a TV unit and a large connected television. The kitchen area, open and friendly, is fully equipped with a sink, ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, storage cupboards, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs completes this ensemble.
Upstairs, the first bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm, a wardrobe with a hanging rail and a desk. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds of 80 cm and a storage space. The bathroom includes a shower, a washing machine and a toilet.
Outside, a pleasant wooden terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, armchairs, a plancha grill, and a storage space for surfboards, ideal for enjoying beautiful days after the beach. A cellar is also provided for bicycle storage. Two parking spaces are available with the accommodation.
Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the holiday rental and can be offered as an option, with rates available upon request from Bru et Fils Immobilier Agency. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
