About this house rental
Family home in the heart of the vineyards.
At the entrance to St Tropez. (Just before the beach of La Bouillabesse).
The house was completely renovated at the beginning of 2024:
bathrooms, kitchen, air conditioning, plumbing, electricity, outdoor terraces and swimming pool are new.
Beach access 10 minutes walk.
Access to the center of St Tropez 15 minutes walk.

Additional studio next to the house fully equipped is available on request. (1 bed of 160 cm inside)
On the first floor (at the pool level):
3 bedrooms with bathroom, direct access to shaded terrace and swimming pool.
On level 1
Living rooms, living room, dining room, kitchen opening onto a huge terrace overlooking the vineyards, unobstructed view!PGJyPgPGJyPg
On this level, you will find a large bedroom with bathroom and toilet.
On level 2
1 dormitory on the top floor with 4 single beds and a small room Bathroom, magnificent view of the terrace of the house and the vineyards + sea view on the other side of the room.
You can enjoy two completely different outdoor corners:
Large terrace in front of the kitchen overlooking the vineyards.
Terrace made entirely of exotic wood (IPE) under arcades with the swimming pool next to it.
On both terraces there are garden furniture and dining tables for 12-14 people.
