Located at Fernweh Riverfront and cleverly named, Amarillo is one of three cabins located on the property with private access to the Guadalupe River. Appointed with 2 queen size beds, your sleep should be comfortable in the fresh new linens and soft pillows. We suggest bringing anything extra that you might need to make your stay comfortable. Our air-conditioned primitive cabins offer fresh new linens, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, Brio water dispenser, microwave, outdoor picnic table & charcoal grill. Restrooms & shower facilities are shared communal, with privacy locks for individual use. Direct access to the Guadalupe River is complimentary. Located between 2nd & 3rd crossing at `Fernweh Riverfront.` All guests enjoy access to the shared amenities at `Fernweh Hillside,` including the pool and pickle ball court!

We provide in-cabin towels for our guests (hanging door racks are available in each for drying your towels in between showers), shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, lotion, etc., and a portable shower caddy for your use during your stay. The shared restroom and showers are located a little further down the hill, before you get to the bar and grill. Door #1 is the restroom and while very humble, it is stocked with toilet paper and there is hand soap, as well as a little shelf for you to take a toiletries bag if needed. The shared showers are Doors #2 & #3 - inside you will find teak mats for standing, a small teak shelf to set your shower caddy down, a mirror, multiple hooks for hanging towels, clothes, toiletries bag, etc.

Guests will enjoy direct access to the water onsite and will have access to our sister property across River Road, Fernweh Hillside, where an inviting pool and pickle ball court are located. We have a dedicated team of people ready to answer any questions you may have and respond quickly during your stay.
