About this house rental
Unwind with peaceful lake views from this spacious Siesta Key condo, just a short stroll from the powder-white sands of Siesta Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset from the private 20-foot deck overlooking the lake. Community amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts, and a covered pavilion with grilling area. Minutes from Siesta Key Village, you'll have easy access to boutique shopping, dining, and live entertainment. Please note: this second-floor unit requires climbing stairs.

- 0.3 Miles to Siesta Key Public Beach
- 1.3 Miles to Siesta Key Village
- 1.5 Miles to Crescent Village
- Pool on Site or 1.3 Miles to Partner Property Pool Access
- 0.1 feet from Property entrance to local free trolley stop.
Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!
Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Commercial Trucks, Trailers, Boats, and Motorcycles are NOT allowed on property grounds.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

Fabulous location, directly across from entrance to Siesta Key Beach. Unit was very nice, big open floor plan so ample room for 3 adults and 1 child. Large kitchen was really nice change from some of the other options in this area that have tiny kitchens. Grill was nearby and accessible, too. The pool was on the smaller side and fun for the child, though somewhat busy later in the day. I also was able to access the property even though I arrived early, so that was really helpful! We did not take advantage of the bike rental but wish we had, it was just too short a trip. Will consider staying here again since we often return to visit family and can't all fit in their place. Thanks!

Check-in was quick with nice ladies helping. The office is across a busy street but literally across the street. They make themselves easily available if you need them, but we didn’t have a need to call. My friend says the pool was nice and it was a very quick walk to the beach. I didn’t see an elevator, so be prepared for some stairs (I think they write that in their description, but I can’t remember). There aren’t that many stairs between floors. All appliances worked. It was very clean. We didn’t need a car (you can uber to/from the airport). There are little services that can take you if you want to go further down the beach or to the shops/restaurants (a free trolley/shuttle). We didn’t use the trolly so I don’t know if it was quick or anything about it. Nice TVs. If you don’t want to pay to stay directly on the beach, this is a good option.
