About this house rental
Holiday cottage with 3 terraces and a bathroom from 2008. Beds on both mezzanine and in the annex. There are various fishing sights in the area and you have free fishing rights to a part of the Gudenå. In Teglgårdsparken you will find a large area with e.g. petanque court and an outdoor heated swimming pool open between 1/6-1/9. There is also a pool for the children as well as a large playground.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
