This semi-detached holiday home in Kalvehave is perfectly situated at the foot of the bridge to Møn, close to the marina, water, and a beautiful child-friendly beach. Spread over two floors, the property includes a lovely attached terrace and offers an ideal setting for family relaxation and seaside fun. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall and an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, dining area, and living space, creating a bright and welcoming environment for family gatherings. The living room opens directly onto a cozy terrace, perfect for meals or simply enjoying the outdoors. For entertainment, the home is equipped with a radio, CD player, satellite TV, and DVD player. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a well-appointed bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The home is part of a development of 20 high-quality holiday houses, with shared amenities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, and a communal lounge. Guests can also enjoy a games room with billiards, table tennis, and table football, as well as a PC room with internet access. A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available. Children will enjoy the on-site playground, and the nearby Møn Golf Course offers additional recreational opportunities. Please note that rentals to youth groups are not permitted.
