The main floor offers a spacious great room with a large kitchen, dining table and living room featuring a comfy new oversized sectional sofa. There is a gas fireplace and an 85" Roku TV. There is a deck with amazing mountain views and a BBQ grill overlooking a lush creek area. The deck is also accessible from the large master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and separate jetted large tub. The main floor king bedroom has an 85" Roku TV.  There is also a stackable washer and dryer next to a small powder room.  There is a one car garage offering extra room for your sports equipment along the side.  There is off street parking in the driveway in front of the garage and more parking across the entry road in front of the community pool. Limited space for trailer/boat parking so make sure to reserve in advance, a nightly fee will apply.

Downstairs there is a generous family room with new comfy oversized sectional sofa with a large 85" Roku TV, games and a vintage Pac Man arcade game. French doors lead to the Patio and Private Hot Tub.  There are 2 more bedrooms on this level. The queen bedroom has an 85" Roku TV and shares a full bathroom with the double bunk bedroom.  The double bunk Bedroom has a 85" Roku TV and lots of natural light. There is another set of washer and dryer in the laundry area downstairs.  There is also a safe in the closet available for your valuables.

Known to be uncrowded and offers fresh powder even days after a storm. Purchase online in advance as Powder does sell out, especially for night skiing. Our 3rd awesome resort and local favorite is Nordic Valley! Take fast day runs on their high-speed 6-pack lift or the family will enjoy fun night laps at affordable prices, just minutes away.

In the summertime, take a refreshing swim, paddleboard, kayak or go motorized at Pineview Reservoir. Club Rec North rents all types of year round adventure toys, multiple locations to choose from.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
