The property is just South of Bal-Harbour and minutes north of South Beach, Lincoln Road, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Alexander is located a few miles from Wynwood, Mid-town, the art districts, Downtown Miami and Brickell.

my business partner and I were presenting and attending a conference at Eden Roc nearby and the hotel rates were astronomical. This property was a 10 minute walk and extremely reasonable. Kevin, the property manager was always available to communicate. We had a few issues with figuring out codes and passwords and Kevin always responded quickly and was very patient with me. The conference ended after checkout and Kevin showed amazing flexibility. I highly recommend staying at this property because issues will come up and Kevin was quick to solve our problems. The unit is very clean and all the appliances are new.
