On the 1st and last floor, with an area of 57 m2 spread over 3 levels. :
- Entrance, WC, kitchen open to living room overlooking the terrace
- 3 steps down: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 bunk beds 90) and a bathroom.
- floor: parental room closed (bed of 140) with room of water and TOILET, as well as a solarium of roof equipped with 2 deckchairs.
This atypical layout is appreciated to preserve the independence of the occupants. It is fully air-conditioned, with wifi (fiber), access to Netflix with your code and private parking in the shade at the foot of the building.
You will find all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.
Air conditioning in all rooms, supplemented by a ceiling fan and an electric awning. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, multifunction oven, fridge freezer, Nespresso, toaster, ...
Cot, booster seat and high chair are available, as well as board games, and beach for children.
You can grill on the terrace plancha the fresh fish that you will pick up in the morning from the fishermen of the old port and you can go through the beach to pick up your morning baguette.
When you return from the beach, you can go through the small shops or caterers for your evening meal or enjoy oysters on site.
