There are three bedrooms with double beds as well as two modern bathrooms with shower, underfloor heating and a combined washer dryer. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and fun. A large terrace with garden furniture surrounds the heated pool and offers sunny and shaded spots to enjoy the fresh air. A gas grill is also available so you can make the most of warm summer evenings outside. The pool has a convenient safety cover that can be closed automatically. It is heated with an energy saving air to water heat pump combined with solar panels, ensuring pleasant water temperatures throughout the season. A private parking space with charging station for electric cars is available directly at the house. Hornbaek is one of the most attractive seaside resorts north of Copenhagen, known for its wide sandy beach, restaurants, cafes, shops and cultural experiences. Day trips to Copenhagen or along the coast are easily possible. This holiday home is ideal for families or friends who wish to enjoy comfort, style and plenty of outdoor living during their stay. No rental to youth groups or tradesmen. The swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-October.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
