About this cottage rental
Welcome to Long Lake! This private cottage rental is the perfect summer escape. The property is located just feet from the water, with all-day sun & gorgeous sunset views. Enjoy the use of the private 25-foot dock, sandy beach, kayaks, paddle boards & water toys to explore the lake. (Please no parties or pets). The cottage sleeps 4 in the main cottage, and 2 in the cozy lakeside bunkie.
The property is located in prime Muskoka, minutes from Bala, Ontario. Other towns nearby include Port Carling, Gravenhurst, Rosseau and Bracebridge.
Our cottage boasts photo-worthy sunsets and lake views, a private dock, with close access to public boat launch. Enjoy the use of our fire pit, water toys, board games, and many more amenities to make your getaway a beautiful and memorable experience.
**Please note, since the cottage is located just feet from the waterfront, there is a downhill path to get to it. NOT IDEAL FOR FOLKS WITH ACCESSIBLITY NEEDS.** We're so sorry about this but want to be upfront for safety as there are no railings and uneven ground.
LIVING SPACE:
The vaulted ceilings, open concept living with large windows truly takes advantage of the natural light and tranquility the property has to offer. Boutique cottage-style decorating, with a clean, modern touch, you will feel right at home amongst the pines. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the leather sofa surrounded in pillows and plush blankets.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully-stocked, except we unfortunately do not have a dishwasher. All other LG appliances are brand-new in 2024. The cottage is furnished with key necessities needed to cook delicious meals with friends and family. Complementary spice rack, oil and vinegar is provided. Please help yourself.
BEDROOMS:
The property features three bedrooms; one off the kitchen with a traditional door and the other facing the lake with a ***sliding partition***. Please be aware the lake-facing room is small yet cozy with incredible lake views. The third is a small cozy 9x9 bunkie cabin that sleeps two.
