This memorable studio is the perfect home base for your trip to Mammoth Lakes. Nestled in the heart of the city, this superb property offers everything you need for a brilliant stay. Cozy, 1st floor unit comfortably accommodates up to 2 people with a queen bed, large closet and comfy couch. Off street parking for 1 car included. Near bus routes and walking distance to Vons, coffee shops and restaurants. With a cozy living room featuring a charming queen bed, you'll have a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. Shared pool/saunas, bbq and coin laundry also available. Well behaved Dog OK with reference. No pet fee! DISCOUNTED RATES for longer stays!
Specifics: You will have full and sole use of the unit. In winter I will provide firewood. You will need to provide your own food. (There are usually minimal staples such as spices and dry goods in the cabinet but as renters come and go the inventory is always changing and I can’t guarantee what will be available.) Upon checking out please clean dishes and take perishables home with you. Any books, maps, dry pantry goods, or other items of interest to travelers like yourself may be left and passed onto the next airbnb’r!

This place was super cute and comfy! I stayed with my 2 small dogs and it had everything we needed to stay for a long weekend. The location is convenient and close to a lot of things, but all the trees around it make you feel like you're still getting nature time. Communication was great and I would definitely stay here again!
