Upon arrival my wife went in first as I was retrieving the luggage. Upon entering I found her on the floor! She had tripped as there is a step from the entrance to the living area. I went around and entered thru the dining area and I too almost fell as there is a "step" down to the kitchen or living area. We were NOT told about this hazard. Eventually one learns, she is alright-just shaken up. Would have been nice if we had been told about this hazard.
I was not able to take the trash out for pickup as I suffer from arthritis and we were unable to open the gate.
The check out list in the kitchen does not say anything about pulling back the sheets-so we didn't. On the back side of the check out list,there is instructions as to how to connect to the Internet-wish I had seen it!
All in All,we enjoyed our visit there, just wish we had been told about the "step"

Accessibility, parking, cleanliness, host communication. We’ve stayed here a couple times and have always had a great experience. Even the neighbors are cool.
