VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLE VALLEY LOOKOUT:
1. Max Occupancy: 12 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 5 vehicles
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am Sun-Thur and 10pm-8am Fri-Sat
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing onto neighbors' properties
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF EAST WENATCHEE, COUNTY OF DOUGLAS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation
2. Forfeit of guests’ security deposit hold
3. Immediate eviction
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, there are three outdoor cameras that overlook the main entrance points to the home, garage, back yard, pool & hot tub. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.
PETS ALLOWED:
This is not a pet friendly home.
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
We can allow for up to five vehicles and one trailer (boat, jet ski, or snowmobile), if there is room. Vehicles cannot be parked on the private lane leading to the home's driveway
HOT TUB & POOL MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub and pool maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Tuesdays & Fridays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Tuesdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

We stayed as a group of 10 friends, and everything was absolutely perfect. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location offered great privacy, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying conversations together. The hosts were incredibly flexible and responsive, making the experience seamless. This property exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely book our getaways with them again. They truly deserve the 5-star rating!

Loved our stay at this rental. We have stayed at many high end rentals and this was the cleanest and most complete rental we have ever stayed in. No broken items. Very clear there was deep cleaning before we came. We traveled with our infant and she loved all the exploring of safe spaces for her. Planning to come back next year. The rental hosts were excellent, communicative and responsive.
