The manor house of "La Vielle Bouverie" is a beautiful 17th-century rural property built of white tufa stone and slate, typical of the Loire Valley. Opposite the dwelling, a guest house with all its privacy has been completely renovated to welcome our guests.
170m2 guest house in a 17th-century property. Comprising a large 60m2 living room with open kitchen on the first floor, and two 55m2 suites on the first floor. Access to the property's park and gardens.

"La Vieille Bouverie is a 17th-century manor house set in the heart of the countryside, very close to Angers, the Loire, vineyards and châteaux. We are located in the commune of Savennières, a small medieval town renowned for its wines, châteaux and pretty tufa stone and slate houses, which has been awarded the "Petite Cité de Caractère" label.
