The apartment is located upstairs in this small house, with a shared entrance with the owner. This charming 60 m² apartment has two comfortable bedrooms for 4 guests. The living area includes a lounge and an equipped kitchen. There is a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a bathroom. The toilet is separate. Outside, a terrace lets you enjoy sunny days.



You can park in front of the house or next to the washhouse. Public street parking is also available a little further up on the right.



The beaches of Cancale, Saint-Malo, Dinard, and Dinan are 20 to 35 minutes away, and Cherrueix beach, known for land sailing, is just 10 minutes away. Explore the Emerald Coast from Saint-Malo to Dinard and visit Dol-de-Bretagne, a unique medieval town with its Saint-Samson Cathedral and Mont-Dol. The Mont-Saint-Michel bay is 27 km away.
