5 person holiday home in FALKENBERG

A nice holiday home with convenient distance to Skrea beach. A genuine holiday home with a big "coziness" factor. The large plot has space for all the family's activities and is leafy and private. You can quickly reach Falkenberg's center by bus or on nice cycle paths. There are many opportunities for nature walks in the area. From the entrance there is the bathroom with both a shower and a washing machine. The living room has both a dining area, a seating area and a fireplace as well as a TV. Here is also the sofa bed (120 cm wide). The kitchen has all equipment as well as a dishwasher and a small dining area. One bedroom has a double bed and one has a bunk bed. The covered balcony is perfect for both morning coffee and dinners during warm summer evenings. Lot is spacious and framed by bushes and trees. There is another cottage on the plot which is used by the owner on occasion. By bicycle, or by bus from a nearby bus stop, you can reach the center of Falkenberg. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here. The fine, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. Just south of the beach there is a lovely walking area and a nature reserve that offers rock bathing. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within easy reach. The closest is Falkenbergs Gk. Through Falkenberg flows the Ätran, which has great nature experiences and walking paths. Ätran has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating. To the north you quickly reach the fine summer town of Varberg and to the south Halmstad. By car you can also quickly reach Europe's largest shopping center GEKÅS in Ullared.
