Vacation apartment with large balcony

Our Vacation Rental No. 1, with approximately 85 square meters of living space and a large balcony, can accommodate 1–6 people. The cozy, well-furnished kitchen-living room—featuring a kitchenette, dining table, couch, and flat-screen satellite TV—invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker, has everything you could need. The vacation rental has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. The first bedroom has direct access to the large balcony. The second bedroom features an additional single bed. An extra bed can be set up if needed, as can a crib (baby bed). Both bedrooms have a large closet. The bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink with a mirror, rounds out the overall experience. We offer a laundry service for washing your clothes. A warm welcome to the “Elfriede” vacation home. Enjoy the pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere and the magnificent view here in the Bavarian Forest, in a quiet, sunny location near the woods with no through traffic. Spend the most wonderful time of the year in a healthy environment with many natural and cultural highlights. There are plenty of shopping options, numerous sights, and great places to visit in the immediate vicinity. We have two comfortably furnished vacation apartments, each with a total living area of approximately 85 m². Both apartments are fully equipped and lovingly furnished. You’ll find details in the respective apartment descriptions. Additionally, a playground, a swimming pool with a sunbathing area, and a large garden shed with a grill are at your disposal. Since 2014, we’ve been running a small, family-run beekeeping operation with about 6 bee colonies. We’d love to invite you to watch us process the honey and learn everything there is to know about bees. Of course, you’re also welcome to taste our own natural, unprocessed honey. We often host barbecue evenings in a friendly, social setting, or we build a campfire and grill on a hot stone in a cozy, family-like atmosphere. You can also find peace and relaxation at our fishing pond, where you’re welcome to fish. In winter, there are several cross-country ski trails nearby, as well as the ski lifts at Hohen-Bogen and Arber. If you’d like to spend your vacation with us in a very quiet, beautiful, forested area with plenty of hiking opportunities, please let us know. Please note that pets are allowed upon request. You can use Wi-Fi and the parking lot in front of the house free of charge. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed (cost: 5 EUR/day, max. 1 dog). A crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided upon request for 8 EUR/day. The visitor’s tax (from April 1 through October 31) of 2 EUR per person (ages 16 and older) per night will be charged additionally on-site. The tourist tax (from November 1 to March 31) of 1 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged additionally on site. A laundry service is available upon request for 5 EUR per load. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, final cleaning, etc.
