Summer House with Forest & Lake

Summer house with a large terrace and private garden in a small wooded area near Leipzig—quiet surroundings, a clear lake within walking distance (5 min), and Leipzig just around the corner (25 min by car, 45 min by bike or tram). The house is fully equipped and features a large south-facing terrace, a fireplace and a piano, a ping-pong table and various sports equipment and games, a washing machine, a refrigerator and freezer, an oven, garden chairs and lounge chairs, four bicycles, and, of course, Wi-Fi.

There are two floors, each with one bedroom and one bathroom. Behind the downstairs bedroom, there is another room (picture: living room and study/downstairs), which can be made up with a mattress (1.40 m) if needed.
