Beachfront Spacious 3 Bedroom Family Suite

Great location and an amazing space.

Overall our stay was alright. The location is great, being right across from Skaha beach. The property was very clean.The downsides were the listing said the property had AC. When we arrived there was only one single wall AC unit. There is a very long, narrow hallway and all the bedrooms are off of that hallway. The single wall AC unit is at the start of that hallway but the bedrooms get no AC at all. There were ceiling fans in the bedrooms that made it tolerable because the weather when we stayed was not as warm as usual Okanagan summer weather. However, if it was usual summer temperatures it would have been incredibly hot and uncomfortable in the bedrooms.Communication from the host was poor. I messaged a few days prior to our arrival and received no response. Once we checked in and realized the issues with the AC I messaged the host again and still have not received a response to my messages.They had obviously renovated the unit. However, there were a few little issues. The faucet in the bathroom sink was mounted improperly so it's only possible to get cold water as when you attempt to turn the faucet to the hot setting it hits the wall behind the sink and can not be turned to hot.It is a great location for a summer beach getaway. However, we were disappointed with the poor communication from the host and lack of AC through most of the unit and would probably not stay again
