About this house rental
Calm, a nice view of the sea, and comfort: this is our Casa Anpà house.
Accommodating up to 6 people, this house not overlooked and refurbished this year is located on a hill overlooking the tower of Pinarello. Ideally located near the beach of St Cyprien and its shops (5 minutes by car), and 10 minutes by car from Porto-Vecchio, it will be perfect for your family holidays.
We have just refurbished this pretty house without any vis-à-vis of 65 m2 of living space to give it a soft and pleasant atmosphere so that you can spend a wonderful relaxing holiday.
On the first floor:
Living room with tv & chromecast, a dining area with open kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, a gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and Dolce Gusto coffee maker (warning: no oven, but the barbecue will cook the best meals!!).
An air-conditioned bedroom, with a 160x200 cm bed and Emma bedding (new!),
A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs:
A mezzanine overlooking the living room with 2 beds in 90x200cm, with books & games for children, and curtains separating on the living room
A large bedroom with a sloping ceiling with a bed in 160 x200cm and a large dressing room,
A toilet with water point
Terrace:
table & chairs,
gas barbecue and 2 deck chairs

WARNING: the staircase is not secure and may not be suitable for young children.

And in bulk, some additional information: Wifi, 1 parking space, JBL speaker, beach umbrella, sofa and new bedding...

An arrival kit is provided: a few coffee capsules, a little tea, 2 doses of detergent + 2 dishwasher tablets
The house is located in the town of Ste Lucie de Porto-Veccchio, near the sumptuous beaches and the river. The location is central to visit the extreme south of Corsica, while having the advantage of being quiet.
We know our region well and we will be happy to share our favorites with you!
