My husband and I loved our stay here. It was very relaxing and no matter where you were at in the house you could hear the water rushing by. It was wonderful hearing this all the time. My husband fished while I relaxed with a few books and enjoyed sitting outside and inside the screened porch during the rain. The bed was extremely comfortable. One thing to keep in mind your cell phone does NOT make phone calls or accept any. You have internet service to send text messages and that is it. The little market about 10 mins from the house called Cooper Creek market was great for few essentials if needed. They have great burgers and BBQ sandwiches. This place was big enough for at least 3 couples however it was only my husband and I. Maybe next time we will bring friends.

The location was perfect for us. The property is located near the join of Sea Creek and Coopers Creek. You can sit on the enclosed porch and see this. Beautiful scenery, very relaxing. We sat by the fire pit and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. The negatives were the locks and door handles throughout the home did not function well and the front door screen was out of the frame. The gas grill and charcoal grill were both rusted severely and were unusable. We attempted to grill steaks on the charcoal grill using aluminum foil, but it didn't work well, and we ruined our steaks. Bring your own grill. The fireplace was nice, but unsure if it works, we didn't use it and it didn't appear to be user friendly. Also, the listing says the camera faces outward. It doesn't, it faces inwards into the front door and it stayed on several times during our stay. I would totally stay here again even with the issues we experienced. The beauty of the property outweighs the negatives.
