Private side entry with a smart lock. Keyless entry. Park on street near well lit stone path that takes you straight to your side entrance with private door.
BEDROOM/KITCHEN COMBO:
Serene bedroom with a queen sized bed. Room has black out blinds to make sleeping in a breeze. Windows overlook the gardens in the backyard. When blinds are open, the room gets great sunlight.

● Toaster Oven
● Microwave
● Coffee maker with coffee/tea supplied and to-go coffee cups

NOTE:
Also, this is a basement unit in the South. Even though the property is sprayed for pests, there is a potential a creepy crawler like centipedes will wander in when it gets very hot and wet weather.

● Stone Mountain Park is nearby. Free parking is on the rear gate.
GOOD TO KNOW:
1. This space is on the lower level of the hosts home, but has its own separate entrance. Host family lives upstairs.
2. Thermostat is set. Can be adjusted, upon request.
3. Some areas have central air/heat and some have portable air/heat.
4. There are outdoor security cameras installed on the property. They are all clearly visible.
This is a residential neighborhood where yards get cut and there maybe Amazon deliveries. Although the space has been sound-proofed, you may still occasionally noise from grass being cut, or children at play. So, if you want a 1000% proof silent retreat, this may not be the space for you or if you are a DAY SLEEPER or work at home-space May not be suitable.
Also, please remember that this is part of our home, not a luxury listing or hotel. I work from home and am available and happy to address questions, concerns or needs.
