This attic apartment in the Filzstein district impresses with its beautiful interior and offers a perfect, tranquil location. The visible roof structure and large windows flood the rooms with plenty of light, creating a very bright and cozy atmosphere.

With a hot mulled wine or a cup of tea in hand, you can enjoy relaxing afternoons on the sunny balcony while watching the hustle and bustle on the ski slopes.
Due to its central location, it's only a stone's throw away from the Filzstein lifts, which transport you directly to the Zillertal Arena. If you've never skied before or haven't done so in a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school.
In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, and mountain tours. If you appreciate the peaceful surroundings, you'll be in the right place during the summer season in Hochkrimml. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.
