The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the double-block house No.25 on the Duxeralm in Hochkrimml at 1650m.
Quiet location on the edge of the forest, directly in the ski area (Zillertal Arena, about 300 meters to the lift), cross-country ski trail directly below the property.
One bedroom for 2 persons, pull-out bed for 2 persons in the living area.
