Beautifully located holiday home in the countryside with fantastic scenic surroundings. There are a large number of lakes around to fish in. In some of the lakes a boat is also provided when purchasing a fishing license. The cottage is located right between the popular destinations of Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren's World and Gränna with polka pig making next to Vättern and Visingsö. Perfect for day trips for both big and small holidaymakers. Entrance to the cottage from the terrace into the open hall with living room. In this cozy room there is a sofa bed for two and a ladder that leads up to the sleeping loft with two single beds which can easily be pushed together to make a double bed. Here the ceilings are a bit low but very cozy. On the lower level there is the kitchen with all the possibilities for self-catering. A sleeping alcove with bunk beds next to the kitchen and a very fresh bathroom with shower and toilet. Patio with barbecue barrel and benches where you can make a fire with wood or coal. On the furnished terrace overlooking the small lake, relaxation and recovery can be enjoyed. There are many public bathing areas in the area, such as Rydsnäs with a marina only 2 kilometers from the house. Several nice walking areas and nature trails nearby, such as Östgötaleden. There are good conditions for berry and mushroom picking during the summer and autumn. Elk safaris can be experienced in these forests and only 8 kilometers to the grocery store, café and restaurant/pizzeria. Possibility to rent kayaks and canoes is also available here. Popular second-hand shops in the area that can be recommended to visit. For more shopping and attractions, the old preserved city centers of Tranås, the wooden town of Eksjö and the medieval town of Vadstena are a safe excursion destination.
