About this apartment rental
This modern and cozy 2-room apartment (approx. 33 m²) on the 2nd floor / top floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The apartment is designed in a rustic country house style with partially exposed roof beams, and the floors are finished with high-quality tiles.
The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the entryway, which features a coat rack and shoe cabinet, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.
The cozy and tastefully furnished living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, coffee table, ottoman, a sideboard, and a spacious dresser.
For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a radio (integrated into the TV). In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The open kitchen area with a dining counter and bar stools includes a built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The cozy and bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, 2 chairs, and a spacious walk-in closet with a dresser. Additional blackout curtains on the windows ensure you can enjoy an undisturbed night’s sleep.
The spacious bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a stool, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and ample storage space.
You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat rack or the shoe cabinet with a seat in the apartment’s entryway.
From September 1 through May 31 of each year, a small wellness area in the apartment complex’s basement is available to you free of charge, featuring a sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool, a rain shower, and a relaxation room. These are perfect for relaxing and warming up after a brisk walk on the beach.
Shared washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the residential complex and may be used free of charge by all guests.
You can park your car for free in a parking space (some of which are carports) assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks in front of the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a local bike rental shop if you’re interested. Upon request, the bikes can also be delivered and picked up for you.
Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).
In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
