There was no central air conditioning but they do have window units in the two upstairs bedrooms. The management is nice and the house was clean and nicely located in a neighborhood close to a lot of fun stuff.

Nice home with great location!Each room had tons of room and its own desk and sitting area. It was super close to downtown. Owner was very responsive and check in and out was simple.
