What's in a BESTNEST:
- Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we're shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
- Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
- Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.
No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Sea Pines! The unit was spotless on arrival, and all the essentials were provided, which made settling in super easy. The location is fantastic—peaceful yet close to everything, including the beach, bike paths, and shops.We did experience a minor rodent issue during our stay, but to the host's credit, it was addressed quickly and professionally. The pool is a bit outdated and could use some upkeep, but it was still a nice feature to have, especially for the kids.Overall, a great home base for a Hilton Head getaway—we’d absolutely consider staying again!

Blessed with perfect weather, a clean and very comfortable home, the best lifeguards on the beach, and the great team at Beverly Serral (Rodel, Dennis and Kelsey) made it an amazing vacation. Oh yeah, we didn’t get in our car for the entire time! Ok, once to do the obligatory outlet shopping. The rest was biking and walking and body boarding. Perfect location for ease of access to food, fun and of course The Salty Dog!

A few of my family members joined myself AND my dog Murphy in this wonderful condo/villa. We were SO appreciative to be able to bring our 11 year old dog with us. He loved walking around the property and going down to the beach in the late afternoon!My adult son loved being able to walk out the door and right onto hole 17?? To work on his putting. He did play golf one day at another course and met some really nice people to play with. The dinners were fabulous. Our most favorite place to go is Fishcamp! The view, the food, the people, everything is awesome! We also loved dinner at Benny’s. Also, we had never stayed in Sea Pines before, so that was really a nice treat. Such a gorgeous drive through there!! Thanks again, we really needed this little getaway
