This double farmhouse 2 day getaway is beautiful part of Family Farming tradition in Portal Ga. Hosted by the Anderson family. This 157 acre space Includes 2 properties, each with a pond. Yes 2 beautiful ponds! Fishing Paradise! Come & cast away! 1 indoor & 1 outdoor kitchen at the main house. 2nd property is an outdoor house with kitchen & plenty of space for camping as well as trails for riding. RV's are welcome, but at your own discretion. Outdoor house has no electricity. Camping area does not have RV hookups. Main house can sleep up to 6, spaciously 4. Has a beautiful side sun room at main property to simply indoor relax. Beautiful banquet area with full outdoor kitchen & plenty of outdoor dining space. Events welcome. Dishes, cookware & flatware are provided. Fully furnished, cherished home just bring all your fun things & enjoy a true off grid rustic part of history. Solitude friendly.

Staying here is like stepping back in time and stay with your grandparents. We absolutely loved the decor. Awesome place if you like it quite and peaceful. If we could give 10 stars we would have.

Got to property late for a parents weekend at Ga Southern… and Kay had let us know how to get in and we were so surprised as to location and how well equipped place was..!! We are planning to come back again with my grandson and our family to enjoy this amazing place.. The outside back covered porch area and fire pit with the pond/lake…just a great spot..!! Highly recommend a stay here .!! Kay the host was great as was the property..!!
