One facing southwest, ideal for sunbathing
The other more shaded, perfect for cooling off
Plus a lush garden where adults can relax while children play safely.
🍽️ A Fully Equipped Home on Three Levels
Ground floor:
Independent, fully equipped kitchen
1 bedroom with a double bed + sofa bed (for 1 person)
1 office with a convertible sofa (for 2 people)
Large bathroom with double bathtub and double sinks
Separate toilet
Upstairs:
3 large bedrooms (sleeping up to 10 people)
Bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, and toilet
Relaxation area on the mezzanine with sofas and a foosball table for shared fun
Basement:
Washing machine, second dishwasher, extra fridge
Outdoor furniture available (garden lounge, deck chairs, sun loungers...)

We offer a linen rental service:
€30 per double bed
€20 per single bed
(Service not included in the stay price)
🚗 Convenient Parking
You can park one vehicle in the private driveway in front of the garage (garage not accessible to guests).

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this house is the perfect starting point to explore the coast, enjoy long walks, breathe in the sea air, and create precious memories with your loved ones.
Access
Keys to the villa will be available from 4:00 PM at the AMARYM Real Estate agency, 16 Grande Rue, Ault.
After 6:00 PM, we will place your keys in a secure lockbox so you can arrive at your convenience.
You will receive a message on the afternoon of your arrival day explaining how to retrieve the keys.

Logement bien placé, full équipé, adapté à une grande famille nombreuse. Un état de propreté impeccable.
Seuls quelques bémols:
- Jardin non entretenu
- La route est proche et très bruyante
- Les lits sont pas super confortables
- Une chambre sans store difficile pour le coucher et le réveil lors des longues journées
- Une chambre dont le store ne fonctionne pas donc pas de lumière du jour durant la journée.
