    Too much for 52 single lady to drag a suitcase up to 3rd fl. For our group. Lucky my room on the 2nd floor. A room and property very nice and good maintenance. No service night staff to take care and too much to ask a lady staff to help me to drag a big luggage up and also next morning to check out Love this, please more luggage service staff

    This is a nice decent hotel right in the heart of Kalasin although the building needs some renovation and it's quite run-down.

    From the photos I saw at the beginning, I thought that the hotel would be a classic one because it is in great location and operates for a long time. It turns out that it’s just an old hotel that lacks maintenance. AC is loud. Beds and wardrobe are creaky.
