    Stayed about 15minutes in the room. This places lobby looked like 4star-beautiful and I chose this place because it’s location to BDL and having a shuttle to take you and pick you up and I could leave my car there for my travel. I check in and asked about how to request that and I was informed they have no working shuttle any more… why wasn’t that on the advertisement or website? Checked in, walked thru this marble lobby then all of a sudden the carpeted halls, stairwells and rooms were filthy. Areas smelled like cigarettes, our bathroom floor was so sticky your shoes stuck. The bathtub had pubic hairs in it. The walls in the bathtub/shower had mold all in the grout. The sheets and the curtains had black stains on them, and the safety of you/your family wasn’t important because the room was completely missing the smoke detector it was just the capped wires hanging out of the wall. I would never recommend this facility to anyone and I expect to get some of my money back this was a complete ripoff.

    Basically a catfish but for hotels, lobby beautiful but other than that felt very unsafe, outside doors going to hotels do not lock, walls paper thin, had snowstorm and they didnt shovel walkways or parking lots until 11pm. Paid extra for breakfast which was a joke dry cereal 1 waffle maker for over 140 rooms, bread and bagels no cream cheese no butter no fruit no protein no eggs.

    My daughter enjoy how spacious and clean everything was. Tiny flaws don't really bother us and I was not hunting for any. The staff was kind and friendly. This was my 7 year old get away and she loved her stay.

    Needs serious renovation. Room service to review. Breakfast as well. Very good to relax,to rest, and to spend the night sleeping well.
