2 quartos, os 2 com ar condicionado, cozinha equipada com utensílios, fornecem roupa de cama e banho.
Atrasaram o check in; banheiro não foi completamente lavado, box tinha marcas de xixi do hóspede anterior; vaso sanitário sem assento; a cama de um dos quartos está quebrada parecendo uma gangorra; não tem espelho grande, apenas um minúsculo no banheiro; o controle de um ar-condicionado não funcionava, tinha que pegar o controle do outro quarto, porém durante a noite um quarto ficava sem o controle caso quisesse ajustar a temperatura.
