Czystość w pokoju, dobrze wyposażone pomieszczenie, blisko do rynku w Rzeszowie, Galeria nie daleko. Dwie restauracje przy budynku.

The apartment was well set out and close to the old town. The bed was comfortable. The washing machine was appreciated.
It had a pleasant outlook.
There is a lift up to the 4th floor which is where the apartment is situated.
Our car was parked outside in a designated spot. The owner opened the boom gate on request.
The hoons roared up and down the street but this is not controllable and only lasted a short time every night.

Jestem zadowolony i oceniam na 10, ale jako "komfort", bo na "premium" to nie należy się nastawiać. Bardzo sprawny kontakt z opiekunem, czysto i przestronnie. Cena bardzo dobra.
Parking na "ludzkiego pilota" - aby otworzyć szlaban (wjazd/wyjazd) należy poprosić telefonicznie opiekuna (w moim przypadku odbierał natychmiast).
Dlaczego nie "premium": Brak mikrofalówki, brak klimatyzacji (ruchliwa, hałaśliwa ulica za oknem), brak jakichkolwiek haczyków i kosza w łazience, łóżko składane do szafy - sprytne, ale wygoda spania umiarkowana, brak lampek do czytania, brak ekspresu (jakiegokolwiek),

Wszystko zgodne z ofertą :) nowy, zadbany i czysty apartament. Nie było też problemu z miejscem parkingowym.
Na wyróżnienie zasługuje Pani obsługująca naszą rezerwację - dziękujemy za wspaniały kontakt i możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania! :)
