Dużym plusem jest garaż podziemny oraz wyjątkowe położenie apartamentu – z jednej strony tuż przy lesie, z drugiej z pięknym widokiem na góry.

Jeśli chodzi o apartament, to wszystko było ok. A w kwestii budynku - działała tylko jedna winda przez co wjazd z poziomu -3 na poziom 6 bardzo rozciągał się w czasie. Był moment, że żadna winda nie działała, awaria trwała tylko 2-3h
