1 bedroom in UB center

Excellent hosts. Available during check-in and all through my stay. The apartment was sparklingly clean and very well equipped and stocked. The location was also fantastic. A lot of properties are in the centre, but end up being very noisy due to the street noise. However this apartment is bang in the centre but tucked away in a by-lane and is very quiet. The host and his entire family were super-friendly and super-helpful with everything. Can't praise them enough. Even the apartment was very cozy and felt like a home to me whenever I came back from my tours.

Nothing to report.

Big apartment in a good location.

It was very obvious that either the sheets had not been washed, or there is really some problem with the washing machine that should be fixed. I won't give details because I don't want the host to try to hide this in the future, but it was quite obvious they were not changed. Getting the keys was a huge frustration, there was very slow and inaccurate communication and I had to call and text several numbers before finally getting someone to come and give me the keys. Otherwise, the apartment just looks a bit neglected and if not dirty, then....well worn. With some basic improvements and better management, it could be a nice place to stay, but as things are right now, I would not stay here again.
