• Location near De Ville is a plus. • Warm welcome by Katy—appreciated. • Price was fair, but price-quality ratio is disappointing.

• From the outside, the building looks old and poorly maintained. • Located on a busy road. Our room was at the back—quiet. Front rooms might be noisy. • Major downside (reason we won’t return): no smoke detectors. • Our rooms were in the back with small stairways—very limited escape options in case of fire. • Another big issue: strong smell of smoke throughout the property. • In the morning, three men were heavily smoking in the small patio. Didn’t seem like guests. • These same three were watching TV in the shared living room during breakfast. • Felt like we were intruding in someone else’s space. Again, unsure if they were guests. • Patio is small—which is fine—but too smoky to sit there with kids. • Overall atmosphere feels more like a hostel. • We had the quadruple room with private bath. • Barely clean, very old, and some parts not well maintained. • Bedrooms have loft-style beds—creates space, but unbearably hot

Hormis le couchage et le canapé clic-clac, tout était super. Merci aux propriétaires.

L'emplacement de l'établissement est idéal proche centre de Concarneau Super accueil. Super gestion des partie communes avec en plus un petit patio facilitant le dialogue entre tous. Etablissement très propre.

La qualité du couchage et du canapé sont à revoir Pour des retraités il est difficile de dormir sur des mezzanines avec en plus un matelas médiocre. Le clic clac était vraiment inconfortable en position assise et ouvert. On sentait les ressorts.

Logement proche du centre ville,de la ville close.

Le logement ne correspond pas aux photos vues sur Booking surtout dans les parties communes niveau propreté. C'est insalubre,cuvette des WC entartré,siphon de douche bouche par les cheveux des anciens locataires et eau qui s'evacue très male.1 mur de cuisine moisi ainsi que joint du frigo et lave vaisselle plein à notre arrivée et moisi dedans.Frigo petit impossible de mettre des denrées pour 5 chambres dedans.Fauteuil du patio moisis Impossible de profiter des parties communes dans ces conditions. Il faut aimer la vie en communautés car certains locataires ne regardent pas pour faire du bruit jusqu'à des heures tardives. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Auch die Ausstattung in der Gemeinschaftsküche ist akzeptabel.

Wir kamen in das Haus und haben im Flur sofort Schimmel gerochen, der auch teilweise sichtbar war. Wir haben ein Doppelbett gebucht und ein Appartement für vier Personen bekommen, in denen es zwei Hochbetten gab, die keinen Lattenrost hatten. Die Hochbetten mögen zwar für den privaten Bereich geeignet sein, jedoch nicht für eine gewerblich Vermietung. Die Zimmerbreite betrug pro Zimmer knapp 2m. Es war auch nicht sehr ordentlich gereinigt. Die Bilder sind ein Mischmasch aus den Gemeinschaftsräumen und weiteren einzelnen Räumen. Man kann nicht genau erkennen was man bucht. Wir haben anstatt der geplanten 6 Übernachtungen lediglich 3 gemacht und uns dann eine Unterkunft gesucht die unseren Erwartungen entsprach.

Superbe séjour au Bonheur des voyageurs

Très bon séjour. Katy, notre hôte, était adorable et arrangeante. La maison est très bien agencée. Les parties communes ( cuisine, salon, salle à manger, terrasse) sont très accueillantes, bien équipées et pratiques. La chambre est simple et agréable. A proximité des points d'intérêts de Concarneau et alentours.

Tout était appréciable mais comme nous l'avons évoqué avec Katy, les informations sur Booking sont incomplètes et par exemple, ne précisent pas que les lits sont des lits mezzanines sans barrière (donc pas l'idéal pour des jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées). Chambre un peu humide.

Heureux d'avoir trouvé ce logement pour les 2 mois de stage.

Emplacement et rapport qualité prix excellents. L'hôtesse, Katy a été très réactive et hyper arrangeante.

La différence entre les 2 chambres premier prix, est la douche. Elle est peu confortable pour la chambre la moins chère. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la vaisselle, etc, mais il n'y a pas de savon pour les mains dans la cuisine. Les toilettes étant partagées, elles ne sont pas près de toutes les chambres, en particulier les premiers prix. Les chambres fonctionnent sur le principe d'une colocation, il faut aimer.

Pas de petit déjeuner. Du café aurait été apprécié… le matelas n’était pas au top. Pas de penderie pour les vêtements. Toilette et douche en dehors de la chambre !!!!

L'emplacement du logement est super, il est proche de la ville close et du centre à pied. Le rapport qualité / prix aussi est bon, le logement est petit par contre et parfois étroit (notamment la salle de bain).

Un belle établissement situé en plein cœur de Concarneau, avec tout le nécessaire pour des séjours professionnels et de tourisme. Un très bonne accueil, une adresse à conseiller à tout les voyageurs en escale Concarcanoise.
