• Location near De Ville is a plus. • Warm welcome by Katy—appreciated. • Price was fair, but price-quality ratio is disappointing.

• From the outside, the building looks old and poorly maintained. • Located on a busy road. Our room was at the back—quiet. Front rooms might be noisy. • Major downside (reason we won’t return): no smoke detectors. • Our rooms were in the back with small stairways—very limited escape options in case of fire. • Another big issue: strong smell of smoke throughout the property. • In the morning, three men were heavily smoking in the small patio. Didn’t seem like guests. • These same three were watching TV in the shared living room during breakfast. • Felt like we were intruding in someone else’s space. Again, unsure if they were guests. • Patio is small—which is fine—but too smoky to sit there with kids. • Overall atmosphere feels more like a hostel. • We had the quadruple room with private bath. • Barely clean, very old, and some parts not well maintained. • Bedrooms have loft-style beds—creates space, but unbearably hot
