・閑静な住宅地で落ち着けました。 ・徒歩５，６分で飲食可能な店舗やコンビニが点在していて不自由は感じなかった。 ・カーポートは屋根付きなので雨天でも心配ない。（ワンボックスカー駐車ギリＯＫ） ・簡単な料理が出来るほどの台所用品＆器がありました。 ・バスタオルなども十分に揃っていました。
・贅沢ですが、追い焚きが有れば冬場はありがたいでしょうね。 ・大勢で長期で宿泊する方には洗濯物のハンガーがもう少し必要かもしれないですね。 ・バスマットは数人が使用するのでもう少し大きめが欲しいですね。

掃除はきちんとしていて設備は良かった。 食器等も使えていい。コスパ良い。 テレビがあればなお良い。
2階の一軒家だったが、4人一部屋で一階和室少し狭かった。 敷布団がペラペラで背中が痛かった。
