L’emplacement est idéal ! À proximité d’un petit parking voiture, même du parking de la ville. L’appart est en plein cœur de village, on peut même aller à Puerto de las Nieves à pied (20 minutes), on a adoré l’expérience à Agaete.
La terrasse aussi est très agréable (la vue!)
La literie n’est pas très confortable, la porte vitrée de la terrasse ne ferme pas, et la salle de bain pue les égouts. De manière générale c’est un vrai appart de location avec le stricte minimum en terme de deco/meuble/fournitures, peu de charme donc

Comfort van het appartement, eer waren snorpjes bij onze aankomst, er was shampoo en douchegel. Euim apoartement met tof terras

This was a really great apartment. Very clean and fresh, well equipped and with a large and super nice private patio wich also included an outdoor shower and an extra toilet (indoors :-)).
We loved it and will happily stay here again.

This apartment is a hidden gem: you are in the middle of a small town, there is a pub next to a church, there is a coffee shop loud as hell and you don't even need to visit all these places because you have a HUGE terrace with the 2nd toilet, windows of which are facing brutal wild nature of Gran Canaria island. An absolute gospel, highly recommend!
There is almost no parking in the town, you will highly likely find a place at the municipal park rather than next to the building, so - 10m of walk one way is guaranteed each time you are leaving the place. Due to region water quality and plumbing, there was a certain smell in the toilet mitigated for everybody outside WC by hermetically sealed doors but definitely not for those who are using it. But this is something you can deal with because the whole thing is amazing.
