Location was incredible. Comfortable place with a great washer dryer.

The property is in a fantastic location only 10 minute walk to nearest JR line subway and 15 minute walk to Shinjuku. The property itself is very comfortable, easy to access and the host easily contactable. The property is fully equipped and you can find everything that you need inside including washing machine, kitchen, comfortable sleeping area.
just a note that though it does state room enough to sleep 3 adults you will find yourselves very cramped including all your luggage, we were 2 adults and a 4 year old and it was pushing the limits. This does not detract from the fact the property location and price make this a very compelling offer for tokyo!

Dans l’ensemble, le séjour était passable. L’appartement correspondait à la description, mais quelques points nous ont un peu déçus. La communication avec l’hôte n’a pas été des plus agréables : elle n’était pas très arrangeante, même face aux petites difficultés que nous avons rencontrées. Malgré les règles strictes concernant l’heure d’entrée et de sortie, un peu plus de flexibilité aurait été appréciée. Aussi, le canapé-lit était extrêmement inconfortable, ce qui a rendu les nuits assez pénibles. Bref, ce n’était pas catastrophique, mais on s’attendait à un peu mieux.
