Very well equipped, clean and comfortable space. Great sound insulation. Everything worked great: AC, hot water and water pressure, kitchen appliances, WiFi and TV streaming services. The hosts know how to properly manage a short term rental property so the entire experience is very well planned and designed. Easy checkin. Easy to find the address. Well equipped kitchenette. Many little extras are provided to make your stay more convenient and comfortable such as umbrellas, laundry detergent and some food seasonings. Relatively spacious bathroom. Not cramped like many in Japan. Even larger people will be comfortable. Good location within 5-10 minutes walk of three rail stations and about 20 minutes to Shinjuku. Really incredible sound insulation from both outside noise and neighboring apartments. They allowed me to have a late checkout on short notice which was very helpful.

The bedroom/living room is a little smaller than I’d imagined. It’s still comfortable for two people and could accommodate up to four if necessary, so the only minor inconvenience is a tight squeeze to access the balcony because the beds go almost from wall to wall. But this is a very minor issue.

Location was incredible. Comfortable place with a great washer dryer.

Recycling and rubbish was confusing.

The property is in a fantastic location only 10 minute walk to nearest JR line subway and 15 minute walk to Shinjuku. The property itself is very comfortable, easy to access and the host easily contactable. The property is fully equipped and you can find everything that you need inside including washing machine, kitchen, comfortable sleeping area.

just a note that though it does state room enough to sleep 3 adults you will find yourselves very cramped including all your luggage, we were 2 adults and a 4 year old and it was pushing the limits. This does not detract from the fact the property location and price make this a very compelling offer for tokyo!

Dans l’ensemble, le séjour était passable. L’appartement correspondait à la description, mais quelques points nous ont un peu déçus. La communication avec l’hôte n’a pas été des plus agréables : elle n’était pas très arrangeante, même face aux petites difficultés que nous avons rencontrées. Malgré les règles strictes concernant l’heure d’entrée et de sortie, un peu plus de flexibilité aurait été appréciée. Aussi, le canapé-lit était extrêmement inconfortable, ce qui a rendu les nuits assez pénibles. Bref, ce n’était pas catastrophique, mais on s’attendait à un peu mieux.
