Très bon emplacement, proche de la gare, des commerces et restaurants. De plus, le logement est à 2 pas des stations de bus, métro et tramway. La vue exceptionnelle depuis l'appartement. La propreté des lieux et le équipements mis à disposition. La clarté de l'appartement.

La demande de caution demandée pour accéder au logement. Cette caution n'est pas indiquée dans la description du bien sur le site de Booking.com. Le système de rideaux sans blackout qui ne permet pas d’obscurcir suffisamment l'appartement.

Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, ładny widok, wygodna łazienka. Ogólnie czysto.

W koszu były śmieci po poprzednich wynajmujących:/ przydałaby się szczotka i szufelka żeby zamieść w przedpokoju i nie wnosić piasku dalej, akurat trafiliśmy na deszczową pogodę, więc błota było sporo.

There was no toilet paper when we arrived, a curtain was missing and the provided toiletries were not sufficient.

The local was really good and the view is amazing

1. The deposit. I've never had to pay deposit for a short term rentals anywhere in the world. It was a really unpleasant surprise. It wasn't mentioned in the booking description. I think it's totally inappropriate. The deposit was 500 ZL. They tell you about the deposit only after you've already paid the full amount and can't cancel the booking. 2. There is no real person on the other side of the chat only the bot. It can't handle your problems. 3. They use their own program to manage the property access and it's full of bugs. Even after paying the deposit I couldn't accept the property address and there is no real person on the other end to help you. Only after several attempts we managed to access the address but it was really stressful. 4. There is a terrible smell in the room. It was impossible to be inside for the first 30 minutes. There is probably a problem with the ventilation in the building and the air gets really bad if the room is unused for some time. 5. The hot water doesn't work. It runs for a few seconds and then stops completely. It's impossible to take a warm shower.
