We loved absolutely everything about our stay here. Franceso was the most attentive host and was really excited for us to have the best holiday possible. Literally nothing was any hassle, and he responded to any queries we had really quickly. The villa is stunning. The pool was fantastic. The view is exceptional. The layout, facilities, comfort, cleanliness, space, decor - everything was superb. Far enough outside of Rome to be more relaxed, but close enough to make it easy to get into Rome. Lake Bracciano is beautiful. This house and the host far exceeded our expectations and we will 100% be returning. There is literally nothing not to like.

The midges! Although Francesco provided excellent advice on how to help reduce the amount and had loads of repellant coils available.

Beaitiful Villa with a lovely pool.

Villetta deliziosa, perfetta anche per due famiglie ed in una posizione fantastica! Padroni di casa super ospitali e disponibili ma, soprattutto, non invadenti. La piccola piscina con il lago sullo sfondo rendono il soggiorno rilassante e piacevolissimo. Postazione barbecue super attrezzata e comoda così come la cucina interna.
