Very happy with all aspencts thanks alot !!

Spotless , loved the sauna , really good location and very quiet of a night. Also the staff in the book lapland office where very friendly and helpful. Easy key pick up . Just a couple min walk from appartment. Wouldnt look to book anywhere else in future.

A lovely place in a picturesque town and great base to explore for the Northern Lights.

Our suite was clean, spacious, well-equipped, warm and comfortable. The bathroom & sauna were very good too. The location is very convenient with the centre of Rovaniemi just a short walk away.

Possibly the balcolny could have been more inviting.

Getting the key was a nightmare in -20 degree weather they claimed to have sent all the information but they didnt Then the office didnt have any staff inside. I kept calling till someone came and helped. Washing machine didnt work nobody fixed it for 3 days

L’appartement était super de bons échanges avec l’hôte avant le départ on a apprécié la disposition du café. L’appartement était propre une bonne literie et très bien placé on fesaient tout à pied rien n’a dire si ce n’est que je conseille cet appartement

Appartamento centralissimo, vicino a tutti i tour operator, bar e market per ogni necessità. Moderno e molto accogliente, ben riscaldato. Fantastica l’idea della sauna in bagno

Πολύ καλή διαμονή. Ολοκαίνουργιο διαμέρισμα.

Ευρύχωρο με όλες τις απαραίτητες συσκευές στη κουζίνα. Υπήρχαν προϊόντα για να φτιάξει κανείς καφέ κ σκεύη για να μαγειρέψουμε κ πιάτα κ μαχαιροπήρουνα για να φάμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα και με έτοιμο προφίλ για παιδιά στο netflix. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν έτοιμο για 3 άτομα όπως ήταν η κράτηση μας. Βέβαια αυτό λύθηκε άμεσα με ένα τηλεφώνημα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ

Δεν υπήρχε κάποιο μεγάλο πρόβλημα μόνο κάποια μικρά που λύνονται εύκολα. Η ηχομόνωση δεν είναι η καλύτερη, ακουγόταν καθαρά τι γινόταν έξω από το διαμέρισμα, στο διάδρομο αργά τη νύχτα. Ευτυχώς δεν είχαμε πολύ θορυβώδεις γείτονες και δεν ήταν ενοχλητικό. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπάρχει χώρισμα που να εμποδίζει τα νερά του ντούς να γεμίζουν όλο το μπάνιο. Βέβαια βάλαμε μία έξτρα πετσέτα και το λύσαμε. Γενικά ήταν ένα πολύ καλό ολοκαίνουργιο διαμέρισμα!!

Apesar da questão da limpeza, o apartamento é ótimo e bem estruturado.

Localização excelente, sistema de aquecimento bom, funcionários respondem rapidamente, o apartamento comporta 4 pessoas tranquilamente, cozinha com bastante utensilios. Possuía máquina de lavar roupa, o que ajuda muito.

O apartamento estava muito sujo, muito mesmo. Cabelos no banheiro e nos lençóis/travesseiros, pêlos na pia do banheiro e vaso, fogão sujo, e forno sujo.

L'appartamento è nuovissimo,forse in assoluto eravamo i primi a averlo affittato,la posizione è centralissima,sia vicino al centro che al fiume

Nell'appartamento che era evidentemente nuovissimo mancava tutta la base per poter cucinare un qualcosa di minimo..una sola padella piccola,una sola pentola piccola.mancavano coltelli,strofinacci,cavatappi e moltissimo altro costringendoci e mangiare fuori tutti i pasti con ingente spesa(non si puo dire che la Finlandia sia economica...).la mancanza a mio parere piu grave era la mancanza di un'asciugacapelli.abbiamo provato a chiederlo ma non abbiamo avuto risposta,questo ha fatto si che in un paese dove la temperatura è-20 gradi non potessimo fare una doccia intera..
