Excellent communication with the owner, who checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and knew how to navigate facilities in the property, the area, and particularly how to recycle correctly in accordance with Korean regulations. We chose this property purely due to its close proximity to Seoul National University, which is slightly removed from the Seoul metropolitan area, but the transport links are amazing, with multiple buses transiting through the area and a metro station a very short walk away. In addition, there’s an abundance of convenience stores and local cafes and restaurants, so you’re never too far from the action whilst still being removed enough to have a place to escape to from the bustling vibe of Seoul. The property is comfortable, cosy, and feels so safe. You’re provided with basic amenities in the bathroom as well as pots and pans, plates, and cutlery in the kitchen should you wish to cook. If we find ourselves in Seoul again, we know where to stay. The host was so, so kind and wishes us a safe journey home too. We can tell they truly cared about us and ensuring we were happy with our stay and making the most of it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I truly would.

Clean & well maintain

The lights will turn on automatically when someone walks up the stairs. However, I recommend keeping the lights on all the time, as it is more convenient for visitors using the stairs.

Very complete and clean accommodation. you should know that a villa in Korea means an appartement and not a big house. There was floor heating! Very good price quality ratio!

Using the shower was a challenge because the shower head was on knee position. The heating was shared with the appartement next door, so it might be a challenge to agree on a set temperature. A little small to be with 4 persons because the kitchen is the shared room for both bedrooms.

Un apartamento muy acogedor, nuevo, con camas comodas, buena ducha ( agua calentita y con presion) utensilios necesarios para unos dias ( hervidor agua, microondas, secador pelo, toallas suficientes ect). Extremadamente limpio. El dueno siempre pendiente de nosotros, muy amable. Las instrucciones para llegar muy claras. Esta un poco alejado del centro pero bien comunicado ( autobus 501 directo centro), Nos ha gustado mucho alojarnos aqui. Repetiriamos sin duda
