Beach access could not be closer - you could throw a ball to the lifeguards from the balcony. Parked the car in the assigned space & didn’t move until we left because everything is walkable. Communication with the host was helpful without being too much. Well equipped, modern kitchen, hot shower, comfy bedding.

The appartement is on the first floor so you will hear foot traffic if you keep the balcony door open. It’s calm at night, but the service team from the pizza place downstairs stayed until 4:30am one night and forgot they weren’t alone. Not a big problem unless you are a super light sleeper.

Kleines Apartment in perfekter Lage. Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern eine Woche hier gewohnt. Die Lage ist wie gesagt einfach perfekt. Direkt am Strand und vom Balkon kann man den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Ausstattung und Untensilien für Küche und Bad reichlich vorhanden. Dusche funktioniert super und ist sauber. Das Mobiliar ist allerdings eher einfach gehalten. Parken kann man im Hinterhof. Direkt vor dem Apartment sind einige Bars / Restaurants, die aber um 11 Uhr abends schließen. Danach ist es ruhig, es kann aber durchaus sein, dass sich nachts noch ein paar Leute draußen treffen und unterhalten. Aber bei uns in der Hauptsaison absolut im Rahmen.

Todo limpio y super equipado. La ubicación es excelente, con plaza de parking y una vista del atardecer increible.

Propreté du logement, équipement complet du logement, cuisine, salle d’eau, salon, espace nuit tout est fait pour passer un séjour agréable. À l’arrivée, petite collation sur la table ( café thé et gâteaux). La vue est superbe. Séjour en février, résidence calme et peu de monde sur Mimizan plage, rapport qualité prix parfait.

Deux détails, ajouter une poêle plus grande et supprimer la prise d’air de la baie vitrée (lorsqu’il y a beaucoup de vent notamment)
